1. 2. The resin powder obtained will enter the cyclone separator No.2 under the action of fan, and the resin powder will settle into the screw conveyor with the outer rotating airflow, and be sent out, bagged and collected by the screw conveyor. And the inner cyclone airflow will carry light dust into the pulse dust collector, under the filtration of dust bag, the dust will settle to the bottom and be sent out by the screw conveyor, bagged and collected. The clean air obtained after filtration is discharged from the top of the pulse dust collector. One of the semi-finished products obtained through the closed screw conveyor into the electrostatic sorting machine, sorting again, electrostatic sorting to get the semi-finished products are basically not completely crushed, stripped of unclean materials, the material will be crushed again through the screw conveyor into the secondary crusher, at the same time, electrostatic sorting will get a higher purity of copper and resin products.
