How to recycle used copper and aluminum radiators?

Next, we used magnetic separation technology. Using a magnetic separator with a strong DC magnetic field, we can separate the iron materials in the radiator, leaving only precious copper and aluminum.
The third step is air flow separation. We use the difference in mass density of aluminum and copper to perform fine separation with the help of an air flow separator. Through this method, we can obtain pure copper and aluminum materials, laying the foundation for subsequent recycling.
Finally, we use electrolytic extraction technology. We collect the high-purity aluminum slag and copper slag that have been finely separated in the previous steps and send them into the electrolytic cell. In a high-current electrolysis process, aluminum and copper can be extracted with a purity of up to 99.9% using aluminum and copper as cathodes.
